**Job Description - Online Position**
Chessensei is a rapidly growing online chess training platform that is looking for experienced and passionate chess trainers to join our team. We are seeking individuals dedicated to helping students improve their chess skills and achieve their goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide **online** chess training to students of all levels and ages.
- Create and deliver customized lesson plans to meet the individual needs of students.
- Provide feedback and guidance on student progress and areas for improvement.
- Communicate regularly with students and parents to ensure their satisfaction with the training.
- Stay current with the latest chess training techniques and strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a chess trainer.
- Strong chess knowledge and ability to play at a high level.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an **online** environment.
- Passion for chess and a desire to help others improve their skills.
- FIDE rating is a plus.
