We are seeking a dedicated and experienced OET Medicine Trainer to join our team at [Your Academy/Institute Name]. As an OET Medicine Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to prepare healthcare professionals for the Occupational English Test (OET) in the Medicine sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive lesson plans and course materials tailored to the OET Medicine exam format.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions focused on the Reading, Listening, Writing, and Speaking modules of the OET.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their language proficiency and exam skills.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in OET Medicine testing standards and adapt training strategies accordingly.
- Monitor student progress, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
- Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment that encourages student participation and success.
- Collaborate with fellow trainers and administrative staff to ensure smooth coordination of training schedules and resources.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in English language teaching and assessment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an OET trainer, preferably in the Medicine sector, with a strong track record of student success.
- Excellent command of the English language, with specialized knowledge in medical terminology and communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse groups of students.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of individual students.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and technology-enhanced learning tools.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Remote
