Are you passionate about higher education and experienced in delivering MBA-level instruction? Join our team as an **MBA Top-up Tutor** to support adult learners through an intensive top-up program. This is a remote, part-time opportunity ideal for professionals looking to share their academic expertise.

**Role Overview**:
As an MBA Top-up Tutor, you will:

- Deliver live, engaging teaching sessions (2 sessions weekly).
- Supervise students in preparing research proposals, presentations, and dissertations.
- Evaluate student work and provide structured, actionable feedback.
- Support learners’ academic growth through ongoing guidance and timely assessments.

**Assessment Responsibilities**:

- **Module 1**: INR 1,000 per student (Includes feedback on PPT and proposal).
- **Module 2**: INR 1,500 per student (Dissertation assessment).
- Maintain academic rigor and fairness throughout all evaluations.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Demonstrated experience in teaching MBA-level modules.
- Proven ability to supervise research projects and provide academic feedback.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to student success.
