**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely responses to queries and requests.
- Manage end-to-end customer interactions, from booking to handover, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system with accuracy.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to address client requirements.
- Handle documentation, agreements, and follow-ups related to client transactions.
- Support in resolving customer concerns, complaints, and escalations promptly.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress, payment schedules, and possession timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and service standards.
- Assist in organizing client engagement activities, feedback collection, and relationship-building initiatives.

**Key Requirements**:

- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in **CRM or customer service within the real estate industry** (commercial projects preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and manage client expectations effectively.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
