**Legal & Compliance Executive (UK Commercial and Tax Law Support)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft and interpret UK-based contracts and legal documents.
- Provide legal guidance on GDPR, HMRC compliance, and regulatory obligations.
- Assist in client-side legal matters including tribunal documentation support.
- Conduct legal research and manage internal policy compliance in line with UK laws.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- LLB or LLM with commercial/tax law specialisation.
- Minimum 7 years’ legal experience, ideally in UK-facing roles.
- Strong drafting skills and familiarity with UK Companies Act and GDPR.
- Excellent English language proficiency for communication and advisory roles.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
