The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the finance team in various accounting functions. This position requires excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work with financial software.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses in a timely manner.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle tax filings and ensure timely submission of tax documents.
- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve any financial issues.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper financial controls.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Provide support during audits and financial reviews.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- years of experience in an accounting role or similar position.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Excel).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
- Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- CPA or similar certification is a plus.
- Experience with tax filings and compliance is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month

Schedule:
