**Taradevi's Enclave** is promoted by a set of investors / first gen entrepreneurs who all are ex-corporate professionals/bankers. Promoters have curated many sites in Shimla and other parts of North India with aggregate development potential of ~ 40 lac sq ft. We are targeting a new launch every 6 months with Taradevi's Enclave being one of them. We are building team, across verticals and levels, in accordance with these targets.

**Job Summary**:

- Tara Devis Enclave_ is a reputed real estate builder involved in residential and commercial development projects in Himachal Pradesh. We are looking for an experienced **Liaisoning Officer** to handle coordination with various **local public bodies and Government Departments/Authorities**, including:

- Revenue Department
- Municipal Corporation (MC)
- RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority)
- Police Department
- Other relevant government agencies

**Requirements**:

- Liaison with government departments, local authorities, and regulatory bodies for project approvals and statutory clearances.
- Handle documentation and follow-up for land, building plans, environmental, and other necessary approvals.
- Ensure compliance with state and central regulations related to real estate projects.
- Maintain strong relations with government officials and local bodies to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Support management in meetings, inspections, and correspondence with authorities.
- Prepare and maintain all liaisoning-related reports and records.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Liaisoning: 2 years (required)
