- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s Degree - Commerce. Specialization in Economics & Basic Foreign Trade would be an added advantage
- 2-3 years’ experience in Foreign Trade/SCM/Logistics.
- Knowledge of the RHIM internal core processes (Order-To-Cash process / Customer Service / Logistic background)
- Commercial understanding
- Profound knowledge of internal products and processes.
- **Must** have expertise in **SAP/SD and MS-Office**:

- **Fluency in writing and speaking English and fluency in speaking **French** is must**.
- Strategic Thinking and Action, Market and customer orientation, Result orientation, Innovation and Change, Communication and Co-operation, Diversity.

**About the job**

We are currently looking for a proactive, action-oriented and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Commercial Management Team on a full-time basis and responsible for handling customers under the West Asia & Africa region. This position will be based at our KOLKATA office.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for:
Your tasks will include:

- Creation of Orders / Sea / Air Freight Reservations in SAP SD module.
- Providing ongoing support of the sales force in the field
- Tracking of orders in SAP, post-processing as well as complaint management and customer care activities
- Interface function to the customers on regular basis and providing information on every stage of the entire process which includes material readiness, dispatch details, document creation and dispatch details to the bank, shipment arrival.
- Trouble shooting on any problems during any stage of workflow.
- Transport planning and creation of export documents (such as Invoice, Packing List, Certificates of Origin, check of Transportation documents)
- Responsibility for accounts receivable management (proactive Dunning Process).
- Tracking of Overdues on each customer accounts.
- Providing ongoing communication with internal and external contacts
- Creation of documents with various payment terms (CAD/LC).
- Manage daily activities to ensure shipments are processed on time as required by the clients for an uninterrupted delivery schedule.
- Commination with various depts. SCM/Global Compliance/Forwarders/Credit Risk/Accounts Receivable/Treasury/Transportation on daily basis to maintain smooth flow of activities.
