As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our customer service efforts. You'll be responsible for managing client accounts, answering customer inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints they may have. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing client accounts and maintaining accurate customer records
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with their real estate needs, including property searches and scheduling property tours
- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services
- Providing support to the sales and marketing teams as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Interest in the real estate industry

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
