Customer Service Representative

**Responsibilities**:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients in the **UK, Australia, and the US **, building **rapport, understanding client needs, and promoting our services with integrity, as a representer for Ethical Den's Digital Marketing and Software Development services.**:
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client requirements and effectively communicate how our services can address their needs.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, demonstrating a commitment to understanding and meeting their expectations.
- Collaborate closely with our **sales and marketing teams** to align strategies and contribute to our business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and insights in our CRM system.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of **6 months
- 1 year ** of proven experience in tele calling sales & marketing exposure, showcasing your ability to excel in a client-focused role.
- **Excellent verbal communication skills, coupled with an articulate and professional phone manner.**:
- Familiarity with **Digital Marketing and Software Development concepts will be advantageous.**:
- Adaptability to tailor conversations based on client preferences and evolving business needs.
- **Strong organizational skills to manage a steady flow of calls and interactions**.
- **Proficiency in using CRM software **and other relevant tools.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a desire to exceed targets while maintaining ethical practices.
**Work Schedule**:
- **5 days a week (Monday to Friday)**
