The Pre sales Executive's Responsibilities include Cross-selling or up-selling over Products where Possible, receiving incoming Telephone calls and doing outbound calls assisting with customers Inquiries, and telling them about new Properties, have to Provide all details of that Property. convincing them to do site visits, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received. A pre sales Representative is first point of contact for the customers who has enquired about our Project or has shown interest in our Projects. you have to convert lead to Prospect. You need to have very Good communication skills and need to have art of selling.

**Salary**: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
