Role Overview :

As a Presales Solution Consultant Security, you will serve as a key technical resource within the sales cycle, providing expertise and support to our sales teams and channel partners. Your role will involve preparing technical documents, managing product demonstrations, and leading Proof of Concept (POC) engagements to validate and showcase our security solutions. You will also play a critical role in delivering technical training to partners, enabling them to stay updated on the latest products, technologies, and best Responsibilities :


- Collaborate with sales and bid teams to prepare detailed tender documents, compliance reports, and technical specifications tailored to client requirements.

- Ensure all technical responses in bids are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with product capabilities.

- Conduct engaging product demos that effectively showcase the features and benefits of our CCTV and Access Control solutions.

- Plan, execute, and manage Proof of Concept (POC) projects to demonstrate solution effectiveness in client environments.

- Design and deliver technical training sessions, workshops, and webinars for channel partners and internal teams.

- Develop training materials, demo scripts, and documentation to facilitate partner knowledge and certification.

- Act as a technical advisor to sales teams and partners, providing insights on product integration, architecture, and deployment.

- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during the presales process.

- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor products in the physical security domain.

- Provide feedback to product teams on customer requirements and potential product Qualifications and Skills :


- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field preferred.

- 2-3 years of presales experience specifically focused on CCTV, Access Control, or related physical security technologies.

- Strong understanding of security system components, network infrastructure, and integration methodologies.

- Proven ability to create and present compelling technical demonstrations to diverse audiences.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.

- Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
