Role Description :

As a Zoho Consultant at CAVITAK, you will be a key player in enhancing our operational efficiency through the effective utilization of Zoho applications.

You will be responsible for configuring and customizing Zoho modules, developing workflows and automations, and providing training and support to end-users.

Your expertise will ensure that our Zoho systems are aligned with our business needs and contribute to our overall :

- Configure and customize Zoho modules (HRMS, CRM, People, Payroll, Desk) to meet the unique needs of the organization.

- Develop and implement custom functions, layouts, and workflows.

- Ensure seamless integration between different Zoho modules.

- Develop workflows and automations to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.

- Utilize Deluge scripting to create custom functionalities and integrations.

- Optimize existing workflows to enhance performance.

- Understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions within the Zoho environment.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

- Design and implement solutions that address specific business challenges.

- Provide training and support to end-users on Zoho applications.

- Develop training materials and documentation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zoho modules.

- Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal system performance.

- Monitor system logs and identify potential issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of Zoho solutions.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.

- Participate in project meetings and provide regular :

- Proven experience as an ERP Functional Consultant with specific expertise in Zoho modules (HRMS, CRM, People, Payroll, Desk).

- Experience in configuring and customizing Zoho applications.

- Experience in developing workflows and automations using Deluge scripting.

- Proficiency in Deluge scripting for Zoho customization.

- Strong understanding of Zoho modules (HRMS, CRM, People, Payroll, Desk).

- Functional understanding of enterprise software and its impact on operations.

- Knowledge of database concepts and SQL (preferred).

- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
