Cavitak is a Value Added Technology Distribution Company, our Head Office is situated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and our valuable team is in PAN India.
Our work is divided into various verticals and distribution is our major vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage the Inside Sales team to achieve set targets.
- Track, monitor, and report on team performance, addressing challenges and ensuring success.
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of the team, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Oversee BOQ submission and ensure accuracy in sales documentation.
- Train and upskill team members, fostering continuous development and improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in Inside Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire, mentor, and drive a team towards achieving sales targets.
- Analytical mindset to monitor sales metrics and optimize performance.
- A proactive approach with the ability to identify new sales Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Inside Sales role, with at least 2 year in a leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of the technology distribution sector is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage and grow a high-performing sales team
