Drive Sales Excellence

As a seasoned sales professional, you will spearhead the development and implementation of inside sales strategies to achieve revenue milestones.

Key responsibilities include designing and optimizing lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes, monitoring sales metrics and KPIs to assess performance and forecast the sales pipeline.

You will oversee CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to enhance lead management, hire, train, and mentor inside sales executives or business development reps (BDRs).

Regular performance reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions will be conducted, with individual targets aligned with organizational objectives.

Additionally, you will foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous engagement & relationship management by nurturing relationships with inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and demos.

Collaboration with marketing and product teams is essential to deliver personalized sales pitches, understand customer pain points, and recommend suitable solutions.

A strong focus on ensuring excellent customer experience and transitioning qualified leads to the sales/account team when appropriate is also required.

Technical skills include proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, FreshSales), outreach tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Mailchimp, Outreach.io), and analytics (MS Excel, Google Sheets, or BI). Knowledge of marketing automation tools is beneficial.

Education requirements include a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is advantageous).

Experience should include 5-8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role. Prior experience in SaaS, EdTech, FinTech, IT Services, or B2B industries is preferred.
