Functional Consultant Lead Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Functional Consultant Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Oracle EBS Financials and Revenue Management and Billing modules team, you will act as Subject Matter Expert and drive the configuration, migration, and upgrade initiatives of these critical business systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Revenue Recognition principles and Oracle Financials Accounting Hub, as well as proficient knowledge of end-to-end business cycles including P2P and O2C Cycle. Proficiency in preparing BR100, MD50, TE40, and functional test scripts is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure Oracle EBS Modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and Oracle RMB (Billing, Contracts, Pricing, Rating, Invoicing) as per business needs.
  • Participate in Oracle EBS to Cloud migration or upgrade initiatives.
  • Drive issue resolution and root cause analysis across P2C and O2C business cycles.

The successful Functional Consultant Lead will be able to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization, and possess knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of functional consulting experience in Oracle E-Business Suite.
  • Strong understanding of Revenue Recognition principles and Oracle Financials Accounting Hub.
  • Proficient in end-to-end business cycles including P2P and O2C Cycle.
