Job Title: Cloud HRM Expert

  • We are seeking a seasoned Cloud HRM professional with 7+ years of experience in the field, specifically in Oracle Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Absence and OTL modules of Oracle HCM Cloud is required, as well as a good understanding and work experience in Fast Formulas.
  • The ideal candidate will have working experience in another module other than Absence and OTL and be proficient in understanding client requirements and mapping them with delivered features of the product.
  • Responsibilities include identifying gaps and proposing potential work arounds to clients, estimation of work for Vanilla implementation and for Personalizations/work-arounds and Reports/integrations/enhancements needed, client presentations and Demos for some modules, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions in Fusion applications.
  • Effective analytical skills & organizational skills.
  • Good command over spoken & written English.
  • Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments.
