Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement best practices for effective techno-functional support of enterprise business process areas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization.
  • Maintain and improve existing Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions, leveraging knowledge of SQL, data migration, and customization.
  • Expertise in writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula is highly desirable.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 up to 18 years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional or Techno Functional Consultant role.
  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion & exposure to EBS is essential.
  • Knowledge of Process Flow, Set-up Knowledge and Common Solutions to Modules Known in HCM is required.
  • Experience in at least 3 HCM modules (Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit and HR Help Desk) is necessary.
  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
