Fusion HCM Technical Specialist Position Summary

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Fusion HCM technical specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in technical development, with a strong focus on payroll and benefits administration. They will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise in the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
  • Develop and maintain complex business rules and workflows
  • Design and implement data extracts and integrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in technical development, with a focus on payroll and benefits administration
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and payroll area
