Job Title

Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud across various client organizations. This involves conducting thorough requirement workshops, mapping business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules, and designing complex enhancements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure scenarios in relevant cloud modules, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.

  • Develop and review functional design specification documents, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of as-is processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing to-be processes that enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Design and develop reports, interfaces, and other custom solutions to meet client requirements.

  • Provide expert-level support and guidance to clients on Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects, ensuring successful project delivery.

  • Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance team performance and capabilities.

  • Required Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of business processes and ability to map them to Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

  • Excellent configuration skills in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, and Talent & Learn.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

  • Proven experience working with SMEs in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, with a strong focus on functional consulting.
