Workday Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Workday professional to provide comprehensive support for our clients' Workday platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely and effective support for Workday users, ensuring seamless resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Workday integrations and business processes, guaranteeing seamless data exchange.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide tailored Workday solutions.
  • Conduct impact assessments for Workday updates and new functionality, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain documentation (knowledge base articles, process flows, support procedures) to facilitate user understanding.
  • Provide training and guidance as needed to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Ensure adherence to data security, privacy, and audit regulations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years of experience working with Workday in a support or consulting capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least two Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Finance, Absence, Time Tracking).
  • Proven experience supporting Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio).
  • Familiarity with Workday security, reporting, and calculated fields.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, combined with excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within remote teams.
