Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Oracle Cloud Security and Risk Management Consultant.

This role requires expertise in designing, implementing, and managing robust security frameworks and risk controls across Oracle Cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Security, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), PaaS Security, and Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage user roles, data security, and access controls within Oracle Fusion Applications.
  • Implement and maintain security policies in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Configure and monitor PaaS-level security and compliance requirements.
  • Lead the setup and continuous improvement of Oracle Risk Management Cloud, including Advanced Financial Controls (AFC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD), Advance Access Controls (AAC) and Financial reporting Compliance (FRC), Advance Access Request (AAR) modules.
  • Perform risk assessments and compliance audits, supporting internal and external regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to align security controls with business processes.
  • Respond to security incidents and perform root cause analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5–7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Security (Fusion, OCI, and PaaS).
  • Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud Risk Management (RMC) and related governance frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of SoD, role-based access control (RBAC), and audit policies.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Oracle certifications (preferred but not required).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR.
  • Knowledge of automation and monitoring tools related to cloud security.

A successful candidate will be responsible for delivering secure and compliant Oracle Cloud solutions. The individual must possess a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Security and Risk Management principles and be able to design and implement robust security frameworks and risk controls across Oracle Cloud platforms.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Experience with compliance standards and automation tools is highly desirable.
