**Key Responsibilities:1. Collection Management**:

- Follow up with customers for timely payments as per the agreed payment schedules.
- Maintain and update payment trackers regularly.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for receipt generation and outstanding reports.
- Ensure mínimal payment delays and handle escalations related to collections.

**2. Documentation & Compliance**:

- Manage end-to-end documentation post-booking - including allotment letters, agreement drafting, registration, and handover documents.
- Ensure all legal and compliance-related documents are collected and filed accurately.
- Liaise with legal and registration teams for timely execution of property agreements.
- Track and manage customer documentation status and follow up for any missing records.

**3. Customer Handling & Support**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for post-sale customer queries and support.
- Resolve concerns related to payment plans, possession, registration, and other service-related matters.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits, handovers, and registration appointments.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain good long-term relationships.

**4. Reporting & Coordination**:

- Maintain CRM systems and dashboards with accurate data.
- Prepare periodic reports on collections, customer issues, and documentation status.
- Coordinate with internal teams - Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects - for smooth customer servicing.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of real estate processes, RERA, and legal documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously.

**Salary**: As per industry standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
