**Job Title: Construction CRM and Legal Specialist**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team as a Construction CRM Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationship management (CRM) in a construction context, as well as providing essential legal support.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Construction CRM Management**:

- Implement and manage CRM systems tailored to the construction industry to enhance client relationships.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate CRM tools into construction project workflows.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends and areas for improvement in project management and client interactions.

**2. Legal Support for Construction Projects**:

- Draft, review, and manage legal documents related to construction contracts, permits, and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with construction laws, regulations, and zoning requirements.
- Assist in resolving legal issues and disputes arising during construction projects.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel when needed and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.

**3. Communication and Documentation**:

- Act as a liaison between the legal team and construction teams, ensuring clear communication of legal requirements and considerations.
- Maintain organized and accessible legal documentation, including permits, licenses, and contractual agreements.
- Assist in drafting and proofreading construction-related legal correspondences.

**4. Project Administration**:

- Coordinate legal aspects of construction projects, including deadlines, permits, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support by scheduling legal meetings, hearings, and project-related discussions.
- Uphold confidentiality in handling sensitive legal and construction project information.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction project management and legal support.
- Familiarity with construction industry regulations, permits, and legal documentation.
- Previous experience with CRM systems, especially tailored to construction workflows.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction management software.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic construction environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in Construction Project Management or Legal Studies.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of CRM systems specific to construction and real estate.
- Strong problem-solving skills in legal and construction-related scenarios.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
