**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused **CRM Executive** to manage and enhance our customer relationship strategies. As a key part of our in-store and post-sale experience, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, ensuring personalized communication, and driving repeat purchases for our jewelry brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Data Management**

Maintain and update customer databases with accurate purchase history, preferences, and personal information.
- **Client Communication & Engagement**
- **Customer Retention & Loyalty**

Implement loyalty programs, track repeat visits, and offer exclusive previews, benefits, and offers to premium customers.
- **Feedback & After-Sales Support**

Follow up with customers post-purchase for feedback, reviews, and resolution of any concerns, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- **Event & VIP Customer Handling**

Assist in organizing customer events and handling VIP customers with a personalized, high-touch approach.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in CRM, preferably in a jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Good understanding of customer segmentation and personalization.

**Package**:12000-14000+Incentive

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience handling high-net-worth customers.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis.
- Passion for jewelry and customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
