**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Development**:**Drive primary and secondary sales in the General Trade (GT) channel for the assigned territory, ensuring consistent growth and target achievement.
- **Distributor Management**:**Identify, appoint, and manage distributors and stockists to strengthen the distribution network in Gurgaon.
- **Team Leadership**:**Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives (SRs) and Field Sales Officers (FSOs) to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- **Retail Coverage**:**Ensure optimal coverage of retail outlets through effective beat planning and execution. Build strong relationships with retailers to improve product visibility and shelf space.
- **Promotions & Visibility**:**Execute trade marketing initiatives, in-store promotions, and display drives to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
- **Inventory & Order Management**:**Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and ensure timely replenishment of products at distributor and retail levels.
- **Market Intelligence**:**Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions. Provide actionable insights to the management for strategic decision-making.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:Maintain daily sales reports, market feedback, and beat-wise performance metrics. Share periodic updates with the Regional Sales Manager.
- **Customer Service**:**Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and maintaining consistent service levels.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in FMCG General Trade sales, preferably in the Gurgaon region
- Strong understanding of distribution management, retail dynamics, and local market nuances
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-handling skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and sales tracking apps
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
