- Job Summary:
- Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement day to day effective sales plans to achieve sales targets, perform day to day sales operations,expand customer base, and increase market share.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, keep on identifying new business opportunities, and develop & build strong relationship with them and provide excellent customer Experience & Services
3. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting activities.
4. Product Knowledge and Demonstrations: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, track sales performance, and submit regular sales reports to management.
6. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to align sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, physiotherapy, prosthetic and orthotics, Bio medical engineering, Business, Marketing or related field
3. Skills:
1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
4. Other Requirements:
1. Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
