Join a high growth, Series A product firm as their founding Account ManagerThis is a 5 days WFO role based in Bangalore in the PST shiftAbout Our ClientOur client is a series A client in the SaaS product ecosystem, selling to enterprise level clients in the US market.Job DescriptionManage and strengthen relationships with key clients in the US market.Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the client base.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to client requirements.Ensure timely resolution of client queries and concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.Prepare and present reports on account performance and growth opportunities.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.The Successful ApplicantA successful Account Manager - US should have:4+ years in Account Management or B2B SaaS Enterprise Sales with a track record of expansion/cross-sell in multi-entity accountsExperience selling to the North American Market a mustStrong consultative selling: discovery, solution mapping, and negotiation with senior stakeholders
