Join as the Founding Marketing Member at a high growth DevOps SaaS firmWork directly with the foundersAbout Our ClientOur client is a high growth, early stage DevOps SaaS firmJob DescriptionCommunity Building:Build and engage developer communities on Reddit, Twitter, and LinkedInIdentify and collaborate with micro-influencers and early adoptersContent & Organic Growth:Drive inbound traffic through SEO-optimized blogs, Reddit threads, and LinkedIn postsLaunch and manage a content calendar aligned with product updates and community trendsLead Generation & Growth Marketing:Set up and optimize growth funnels using landing pages, CTAs, and lead magnetsTrack and analyze performance metrics to improve conversion rates and user acquisitionExperiment with lightweight paid campaigns to amplify organic reachFounder Collaboration:Work closely with the founders to shape messaging, GTM strategy, and positioningBe the voice of the user-gather feedback from the community and feed it into product and growth loopsThe Successful ApplicantHave 2-5 years of experience in early-stage startups, ideally in B2B SaaS or DevToolsAre hands-on with Reddit, Twitter, and LinkedIn for community-led growthHave content creation experience- written posts, created threads, or even memes that got tractionHave experience with lead generation, growth funnels, and conversion optimizationAre comfortable working 5 days a week from our Bengaluru office, including SaturdaysAre deeply curious about DevOps, cloud-native tools, and developer workflowsHave worked directly with founders or small teams and thrive in ambiguity
