INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE (FEMALE)

Inside Sales Executive (Female)- 3 Positions

Salary : 3 LPA To 3.5 LPA 
Job Location : Noida Sec. 62
Joining: Immediatepreferred / Within notice period.

Required Qualification/Skills 
Graduate in any discipline .
Additional certifications in sales or communication will be an added advantage.
Minimum3–5 years of experience in inside sales within the same industry
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to understand technical products and explain them effectively to clients.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Target-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
Fluent in English and Hindi

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming inquiries and generate outbound calls to potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable product solutions.
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and product information as per client needs. 
Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with prospects until closure. 
Coordinate with the field sales team for site visits, demos, and client meetings. 
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM tools. 
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. 
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets. 
Provide timely reports on sales activities and pipeline status to the reporting
manager.
