
Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate paper product solutions.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by offering new products and services.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the Paper.
- Provide expert advice and product recommendations to customers based on their requirements.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and report progress to the Sales Manager.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and other performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or feedback.
- Work closely with other departments (such as Marketing, Product, and Logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for improving sales performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
1- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales.
3- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
5- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
6- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
7- Knowledge of Paper products and industry trends is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
