**Job description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and convert them into admissions
- Provide guidance to students and their parents and inform them about our distance and regular courses
- Conduct consultative sales calls to understand customer needs and qualify leads.
- Build rapport with clients to establish long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
- Close deals by effectively communicating value propositions and overcoming objections.
- 0-1 year of experience in inside sales or related field (freshers welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective lead generation and client interaction.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while meeting targets consistently

**Salary : 18,000(fixed)+5,000(variable based on minimum 5 admissions)+Incentive**
