Job Title: Inside Sales Executive - IT Services

Location: Noida, Sector

Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated **Inside Sales Executive/ Tellecaller** to support lead generation and client engagement for our IT services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to prospects, and coordinating with the technical team to close deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Qualify leads based on the company’s ideal customer profile and manage initial conversations.

Present and promote IT services and offerings to potential clients.

Schedule meetings/demos for the senior sales and technical team.

Maintain and update the CRM system with leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

Coordinate with internal teams to develop proposals and respond to RFPs.

Achieve or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and qualified opportunities.

Follow up with prospects regularly and manage the sales funnel effectively.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

- 1 year of experience in inside sales or business development in the IT industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience in selling IT services such as software development, cloud computing, or managed services.

Knowledge of lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.

Basic understanding of IT industry trends and client needs.
