
Inside Sales Executive

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. This role is focused on selling online Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) courses to prospective students. You will play a key role in guiding students through the enrollment process, answering queries, and helping them make informed decisions about their education.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide detailed information about UG and PG course offerings, admission requirements, and program benefits.
- Understand the educational needs and goals of students to recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline, meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with students using CRM software.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the education or edtech industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone and online.
- Self-motivated, with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Experience using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
