FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE Field Sales Executive - 3 Positions (Male) Salary : 3.6 LPA. Job Location : Noida Sec. 62  Joining: Immediate preferred / Within notice period. Required Qualification/Skills  Graduate in any discipline . Additional certifications in sales or communication will be an added advantage. Technical knowledge of electrical or power-related products is a strong plus. Minimum 5+ years of field sales experience in the same industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development. Strong understanding of B2B and dealer/channel sales in the electrical or power sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and onboard new clients and channel partners in the assigned area. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per business objectives. Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, contractors, consultants, and distributors. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions and quotations. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities. Coordinate with the inside sales and support teams to ensure smooth execution of orders. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and product demonstrations as required. Provide timely reports and updates to the reporting manager on performance and market conditions.
