**Position Overview**:

- Responsible for generating new business, building relationships, and selling IT products/services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
- Represent the company in the field with a focus on IT solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Lead Generation**:

- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, ensuring a constant flow of sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and IT solutions.
- Present IT products/services to potential customers through cold calling, in-person meetings, and virtual demos.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Meet with clients regularly to understand their business needs, propose solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide tailored IT solutions based on customer requirements, presenting product features, benefits, and value propositions effectively.
- **Sales Execution and Target Achievement**:

- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Close sales, negotiate contracts, and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to finalizing the deal.
- **Market and Product Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the IT industry.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams regarding market demands and customer preferences.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports to monitor progress against targets, opportunities, and challenges.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Relevant certifications in IT sales or technology will be a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the IT or technology sector (2+ years).
- Experience in selling software, hardware, networking solutions, or IT services is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of IT products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- This role requires frequent travel within assigned territories to meet clients.
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary based on client schedules.

**Salary and Benefits**:
