**Title**: Male Field Marketing & Sales Executive
**Location**: D-341, Sector -63, Noida
**Salary**: 20k-40k + Incentive+ Bike Convince
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Execute targeted marketing campaigns and strategies to generate leads and create brand awareness in the field.
2. Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present and promote our product.
3. Identify and qualify prospective customers, and build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
4. Develop and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics established by the company.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to share market feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
7. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activites.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively engage with clients.
9. Represent the company professionally and positively at all times.
10. Adhere to ethical and compliance standards set by the organization.
**Qualifications Required**:
- Proven experience in field marketing and sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
