Job Title: Business Development Field Executive (Male Candidates Only)
Location: Delhi NCR
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (Preferably in Healthcare / Pharma / Diagnostics industry)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (In-hand) per month
Up to ₹25,000 for exceptional candidates based on interview & performance

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new clients, partners, and business opportunities in the healthcare domain.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Develop a clear understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and growth targets through strategic planning and client engagement.
- Provide regular feedback and reports to the management team.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably with companies like Tata 1mg, Apollo, or competitors (Note: Candidates currently or previously associated with Astikan are not eligible).
- Gender: Male candidates only (This role involves fieldwork).
- Location: Must be from Delhi NCR.
- Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) for field visits.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Personality: Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented individual.
Work Environment:
- Current Work Mode: Work from Home (until office renovation is complete).
- Future Work Mode: Work from Office (post-renovation).
