Business Development Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive / Online Bidder to join our growing team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, prepare winning proposals, and help drive revenue growth through online platforms and client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Generate and manage leads through online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) and other channels.
- Draft persuasive proposals and follow up to close deals successfully.
- Manage client accounts and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet project and revenue goals.
- Stay up to date with market and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Online Bidding.
- Strong skills in Client Engagement and Account Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in IT Services, Cloud Solutions, or Salesforce Consulting preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of bidding platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.
