We are looking for a talented Inside Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our business growth.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
Identify potential clients, pitch our IT and consulting services, and convert leads into customers.
Build and maintain strong PR and long-term relationships with existing customers.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams for proposals and service delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline, reports, and CRM records.
Participate in client meetings (virtual/in-person when required).
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales / IT Sales / B2B Sales.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong ability to build rapport with customers and maintain relationships.
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and motivated to achieve targets.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online sales platforms.
Knowledge of IT services and solutions will be an added advantage.
