Role: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Remote / NCR
Work shift: Eastern Time Zone (EST)
Salary: Competitive salary and bonus as per experience
About the role: You are a go getter, a persuasive communicator with a passion for connecting people and opportunities? Join our team as an Inside Sales Executive and play a key role in driving business growth for a leading staffing and recruiting firm. In this role, you will identify new business, nurturing relationships, and helping organizations build exceptional teams. You have a knack for closing deals with strong business acumen.
You will be responsible for:
- New Business Development and Lead Generation: Actively seek and identify new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email, and professional social media such as LinkedIn
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients
- Lead through personalized messaging and follow-up strategies to convert leads into qualified opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and procurement teams
- Work with existing customers to generate new leads and upselling
- Stay current on workforce trends, talent market dynamics, and competitive positioning in the staffing and recruiting space
- Prepare proposals and discuss with clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Stay up to date on latest trends and developments in various industries and areas
Requirements:
- 2-7 years of inside sales / business development experience
- Experience in Recruiting industry or BPO is a big plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a consultative, client-first approach
- Comfortable leveraging LinkedIn and other digital platforms for outreach and lead generation
- Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with social media and its nuances is a plus
