Inside Sales Executive (IT/SaaS Sales) We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive with 1+ years of experience in SaaS or cloud solutions sales . In this role, you will be responsible for identifying prospects, nurturing leads, conducting product discussions, and converting opportunities into revenue. You will engage with decision-makers across industries, understand their technology requirements, and position our solutions effectively. This role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities, along with a passion for technology and modern cloud solutions. Candidates who are confident, ambitious, and eager to grow in the IT sales domain will thrive here. Key Responsibilities As an Inside Sales Executive, you will proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking. You will conduct requirement-gathering conversations, product pitches, online demos, and handle pricing or proposal discussions. Managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closure—will be a core part of the role. You will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams for campaign alignment, ensure timely follow-ups, and consistently work toward achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Staying updated on SaaS, cloud trends, and competitive landscapes will also be essential. Required Skills & Experience The ideal candidate must have 1+ years of inside sales experience in the IT, SaaS, or cloud technology space , with demonstrated success in lead generation, deal negotiation, and closures. Strong verbal and written communication, presentation skills, objection handling, and active listening are critical. Proficiency in CRM platforms, email outreach tools, and sales automation systems is highly preferred. The role requires excellent persuasion, problem-solving, market research skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment. A self-motivated attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn are key to success. Candidates available to join immediately will be prioritized.
