We are expanding our inside sales team and seeking a driven and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to support our Oracle practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, confident in engaging senior executives, and focused on driving qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospects within enterprise and mid-market segments using targeted research and outreach.
  • Schedule qualified appointments with C-level executives, VPs, and Directors across IT, Finance, and Operations.
  • Execute high-volume cold calling campaigns calls/day) and manage follow-ups to build relationships.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach to connect with key decision-makers and position Oracle service offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to strategize outreach, qualify leads, and meet weekly/monthly appointment goals.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, pipelines, and progress in CRM tools.

Preferred Profile

  • 13 years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation within IT, Software Development or Oracle ecosystem (Fusion, EBS, Cloud, PaaS/SaaS).
  • Proven success in booking B2B meetings with senior executives (CIO, CTO, VP, Director level).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable with high activity levels (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages).
  • Ability to write persuasive cold emails and use digital channels effectively for lead nurturing.
