Job Description
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for poultry products including feed, broilers, and eggs.Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.Identify emerging market trends, new business opportunities, and stay updated on competitor activities and product developments.The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills with proven experience in sales management within the poultry or agriculture sector. They should be target-driven, excellent at building customer relationships, and skilled in strategic planning and team coaching. A deep understanding of the poultry industry and market dynamics will be key to driving growth and achieving business goals.
