Looking For Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.Sales Strategy Execution: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic plans for achieving sales targets.Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close deals with clients.Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform business strategies and identify growth opportunities.Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on performance metrics, client feedback, and sales activities for ongoing process improvement.Requirements:Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role. [Adjust years if needed]Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
