Job Description

Team Coaching and Training: Developing BDR skills through ongoing training and performance feedback.Lead Generation Strategy: Designing and implementing effective outbound and inbound prospecting strategies.Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitoring KPIs, analyzing data, and reporting on team and individual performance.Sales Pipeline Management: Ensuring a healthy pipeline by optimizing lead qualification and handoff processes.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve overall efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

● Total 5+ years of experience in Saas GTM environment, with at least 2 years of experience in managing SDR team for EU markets
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline addition targets
● Having deep insights on how to crack meetings and open accounts in Europe (via outbound and inbound both)
● Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and lead qualification processes for the Europe market (preference to people having experience in France, Germany, Belgium Spain, Poland)
● Proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools (, Salesforce, Salesloft, HubSpot, Klenty)
● Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decisions.
