Job Description

-

Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing BDR team focused on outbound and inbound sales efforts across the EMEA region.

Design and implement strategic sales outreach programs to generate qualified leads for the SaaS sales pipeline.

-

Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align go-to-market strategies.

-

Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize team productivity and engagement.

-

Drive pipeline growth through innovative prospecting, territory planning, and effective sales tactics.

-

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external prospects.

The Successful Applicant

-

6+ years of experience in BDR or Sales Development roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

-

Proven track record managing BDR teams in a SaaS environment with a strong focus on the EMEA region.

-

Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and lead generation best practices.

-

Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

-

Ability to analyze data to drive decision-making and performance improvements.

-

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a results-oriented mindset.
