About Our Client

A seed-funded B2B fintech startup is looking for a sharp, strategic Head of Growth to lead customer acquisition, marketing, and GTM initiatives. This is a high-impact role working directly with the founders to scale growth from the ground up.

Job Description



Own and execute the company's growth strategy across sales, partnerships, and customer acquisition

Drive collections-led sales by working closely with NBFCs, banks, and large B2B clients

Identify and build strategic B2B partnerships that support product distribution and channel growth

Lead and build a lean GTM team with a focus on execution, experimentation, and results

Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align growth initiatives with business goals

Travel regularly to Chennai and Mumbai for business development and partner engagement

Represent the company in client and partner meetings, industry events, and strategic discussions.

The Successful Applicant



12-15 years of experience in selling SaaS products or in collections roles within BFSI, especially in banks and NBFCs

Deep understanding of the collections landscape - either directly in collections or in adjacent sales roles

Demonstrated success in B2B sales, customer acquisition, and building partnership-driven growth models

Exposure to working with mid-market and enterprise customers in a high-velocity environment

Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to shape GTM and sales strategies

Comfortable working in an early-stage, agile startup environment with direct interaction with founders

Willingness to travel frequently to support business expansion in key regions
