This is a high-impact role working directly with the founders to scale growth from the ground up.Job DescriptionOwn and execute the company's growth strategy across sales, partnerships, and customer acquisitionDrive collections-led sales by working closely with NBFCs, banks, and large B2B clientsIdentify and build strategic B2B partnerships that support product distribution and channel growthLead and build a lean GTM team with a focus on execution, experimentation, and resultsCollaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align growth initiatives with business goalsTravel regularly to Chennai and Mumbai for business development and partner engagementRepresent the company in client and partner meetings, industry events, and strategic discussions.The Successful Applicant12-15 years of experience in selling SaaS products or in collections roles within BFSI, especially in banks and NBFCsDeep understanding of the collections landscape - either directly in collections or in adjacent sales rolesDemonstrated success in B2B sales, customer acquisition, and building partnership-driven growth modelsExposure to working with mid-market and enterprise customers in a high-velocity environmentStrong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to shape GTM and sales strategiesComfortable working in an early-stage, agile startup environment with direct interaction with foundersWillingness to travel frequently to support business expansion in key regions
