Job Description Growth Assistant (Gurgaon, India) About SigIQ SigIQ.ai is a seed-stage AI startup building groundbreaking AI tech for solving Bloom's Two Sigma Problem at scale. We're committed to making the most effective way of learning known to humans 1:1 personalized teaching accessible not at price points of $100s/hour but a few dollars a month. As a starting point, we're building personalized AI-powered tutoring systems for helping students ace their tests. Founded by AI PhDs from BAIR (Berkeley AI Research), Stanford, and UC San Diego in July 2023, SigIQ has already achieved strong early traction Our initial product (PadhAI) has already garnered over 175,000 users in just eight months since launch, demonstrating the power of our approach. We've built superhuman super-GPT AI systems for solving questions that have gathered media interest from over 75+ news outlets globally. Key Responsibilities - Consumer Growth Campaigns: Assist growth leaders in planning, launching, and optimizing digital campaigns across paid social (Instagram, Meta, YouTube), influencer outreach, emails, referral programs, and WhatsApp. - Channel Experimentation: Help brainstorm and build new GTM channels for direct-to-consumer acquisition, test fresh segments, creative formats, partnerships, and viral loops. - Market & User Research: Conduct consumer surveys and research market trends to uncover what drives engagement and transaction for your target audience. - Content Support: Assist in crafting, distributing, and localizing content for social media, video, blog posts, emailers, and in-app messages aimed at consumer delight. - Performance Tracking: Compile daily/weekly reports on campaign performance, usage growth, conversion rates, and share actionable insights for rapid iteration. - Community Engagement: Support in organizing events, webinars, giveaways, and contests to boost user participation and retention. - Customer Feedback Loop: Liaison with customer support/product teams to understand user pain points and channel insights back to growth decisions. - Collaborative Ideation: Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions for new consumer engagement ideas and GTM strategies. - Influencer & Creator Collaboration: Assist in onboarding creators, facilitating partnerships, and tracking influencer impact on growth. - Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of consumer-focused campaigns and GTM launches. Good to Have - Experience with consumer/brand-focused startups, D2C/ecommerce growth, or large-scale user acquisition. - Hands-on with tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, WhatsApp Business. - Basic skills in video editing, graphic design, or creative content production for fast-paced campaigns. - Familiarity with influencer marketing, PR, and customer advocacy programs. - Interest and comfort with running A/B tests, surveys, and data-driven experimentation. Qualification - Strong interest in direct-to-consumer growth strategies, digital marketing, and consumer psychology. - Excellent written, verbal, and organisational skills suited for fast-paced environments. - Quick learner, creative thinker, and excellent collaborator. - Customer-obsessed with a passion for delivering engaging consumer experiences. Annual Compensation - Fixed- Rs 4,00,000 yearly - Variable- Rs 5000/month (Dispersed Monthly based on Performance) - Total Annual Compensation: Rs 4,60,000
