Roles and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:Sales of Co's brand of Products in assigned area as per given targets,identifying and appointing distributors in the assigned area/region, appointing, supervising and
monitoring of sales representatives of each distributorsFormalising contracts with institutions such as Hotels, Hospitals, corporate offices, Malls, theatres, Facility management companiesOrganising campaigns to promote the products, collection of all due payments and any other responsibility assigned by the management.

Quantifiable Dimensions of Responsibilities: Target Sales, Zero Overdues, No. of distributors appointed, No. of contracts done with institution.

Complexities of the position: Challenge is to establish our new product in the market which is already having multiple products which are established and have customer loyalty. The position requires extensive travelling in the assigned area for generation of sales in the assigned area, goodinterpersonal skills, team work, influencing and communication skills required
